ROWDY RAWHIDE'S ROCK
Born May 9, 1999 in Clintwood, Virginia, Rowdy Rawhide's Rock came from an ancestry of fast single-footing and speed racking horses. His grandsire was the famous EZD's Falcon Rowdy, twice speed racking world champion, owned by John Demetris. Rock's sire was the well known Rowdy Rawhide, owned by Steve Wright of Clintwood, Virginia.
Rock is a dark bay, 15.2 hand, well mannered, smooth riding, four beat gaited stallion. His most awsome quality is his 28 to 30 mph single-footing speed. This speed was not achieved overnight, but through continuous training combined with Rock's competitive spirit and desire to please, he became one of the fastest single-footing horses in the south.
